Long forgotten legends speak of the heroic Princess Zelda and the sages Saria and Ruto. They speak of how the Hero of Time became corrupted and how they sealed him away. Even though he was sealed away, his evil wind continued to blow and soon the land of Hyrule was covered in darkness. It began to rain and soon Hyrule was forgotten, buried beneath a Great Sea.
